When you browse or shop with us, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, and order details. Payment credentials are handled by our payment providers.
We use essential cookies and similar storage to operate the storefront, remember your market and language, maintain your cart and account session, protect the service, and store your privacy choice. These technologies are required for the website to work and are not used for advertising.
If you select “Accept all,” we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure page views, product and checkout interactions, and purchases. GA4 may receive page URLs, interaction and commerce data, approximate location, and browser or device information. GA4 uses first-party cookies including _ga to distinguish users and _ga_<container-id> to maintain session state; Google’s default expiry for these cookies is two years, subject to our configuration and browser limits. Advertising storage and personalized advertising remain disabled in our consent configuration.
When enabled, we use Sentry as an operational error-monitoring and performance-diagnostics provider so we can detect failures, secure the service, and fix technical problems. A diagnostic report may include an error message, stack trace, page URL, browser and operating-system details, device information, and request or transaction metadata. We configure Sentry not to send default personally identifiable information, and we do not use Sentry for advertising or visitor profiling.
Optional analytics scripts do not load unless you select “Accept all.” You can instead select “Essential only.” After you choose, the banner stays hidden and your preference applies to future visits. To reset your choice or withdraw consent, delete the LULLI cookie preference through your browser’s site-data settings and reload the website; the banner will appear again before optional analytics can load.
We keep the essential cookie that records your choice for up to one year so we do not ask on every visit. Google and Sentry act as service providers and may process technical data in countries outside your own under their contractual and legal safeguards. Their own privacy notices provide further information about their processing and retention practices.
We use encrypted connections and appropriate organizational safeguards to protect personal information. We do not sell personal information for third-party marketing.
